Opinions widely differ on Toronto weather. Much of Canada will find the city’s winters to be mild and relatively free of snow. The facts remain: temperatures in January and February average around lows of -7ºC and highs of -1ºC. Average January snow and rainfall levels are 27-38 cm and 26 cm respectively.
