Q: Can I register without logging in?
For security reasons and to simplify the process, you must log in before you can register.
Q: When will I hear back regarding my flights?
A TELUS events team member will contact you within 3-4 business days of your registration date to discuss available flight options.
Q: When will I receive my e-ticket?
Your e-ticket will be sent to you via email approximately 2 weeks prior to the sales conference. This may change depending on your registration date.
Q: What is the dress code?
During the daytime sessions, the dress code is business attire. The Networking Reception is a casual event and therefore casual attire is appropriate. The dress code for the gala awards evening will be formal attire (business attire or black tie/cocktail dress). You will receive more detailed information regarding the dress code in January.
Q: I have special dietary needs. Who should I advise?
If you have special needs of any sort, please be sure to indicate this on the online registration form. A representative will contact you if further clarification is needed.
